The Committee’s mission is to find potential new member prospects and begin their

institutional socialization into the Lodge.

The purpose of this socialization is to begin

creating meaningful fraternal relationships between new member prospects and current Brothers in the context of future membership in Lodge Shimon Peres and HOD International.

Committee’s responsibilities also include managing the expectations of new member candidates while educating them on the Lodge and its history of service to the Jewish community.

The objective of the Committee’s work is an uninterrupted flow of new Lodge members to resolve need in our Jewish Community using the twin foundations of Jewish values and Hebrew Order of David International tradition and practices.
